Manager Operations (Hospitality)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager (Hospitality) to oversee and streamline daily operations of our hospitality establishment in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive operational excellence in line with the company’s service standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.)
Ensure highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with department heads to implement operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
Lead hiring, training, and performance management of operational staff.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with local laws.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively and promptly.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery and guest experience.
Liaise with corporate management and provide regular reports on operational performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in hospitality operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in hotel/resort/F&B operations in the GCC region is preferred.
Strong understanding of hospitality standards, processes, and guest experience strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using hospitality management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS, POS).
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
