1. Regular monitoring of all equipment on the production line, reading operators log and act accordingly to ensure machine running at its capacity
2. Anticipate and repair any line abnormalities at a shortest possible time ensuring that filler downtime is within target
3. Worked with Electrical Supervisor on identifying and recommending required parts to operate each line at its optimum efficiency
4. Perform preventive maintenance activities as per MP2 schedule and filled-up required form applying 4Cs
5. Perform M&W initiatives as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Required Experience & Skills:
1. Must be Technical diploma holder (Electrical Diploma / Mechanical Diploma)
2. At least 3 years’ experience in plant maintenance in Beverage industry (FMCG)
3. English require
4. Knowledge in computer operation both Word and Excel
5. Can be motivated and a team player
