We are looking for Order Fulfillment Executive for a Reputed Ecommerce Company.
1. Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in Ecommerce Operations /Warehouse/Logistics Operations or similar.
2. Candidate must have excellent English written and verbal skills.
3. Must be well versed with advanced Excel, email writing and customer support.
Job Responsibilities:
Includes but not limited to the below:
1. Receive, manage, package and dispatch of shipments from different courier channels to handle both inbound and Outbound operations.
2. Update logistics data on trackers
3. Follow up with logistical partners for inbound and outbound deliveries.
4. Inventory update. Stock update, manage the stocks and logistics.
5. Customer calls and advance notification on status of delivery.
