- Candidates must have knowledge in troubleshooting installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, airconditioning, cooling and refrigeration systems.
- Familiar with different types of HVAC systems, plumbing codes, SMACNA standards and load calculation.
- Must have good knowledge on interpreting blue prints, diagrams, submittals and product manual to verify new and old systems.
- Experience in the field of HVAC and allied MEP services and maintenance
- Able to lead and guide a team of supervisors, foremen and technicians in providing technical solutions for day today service calls
- Responding appropriately to emergencies/urgent issues as they arise.
- able to consruct an annual preventive and predictable HVAC maintenance plan
- Liaising with tenants of commercial, residential and retail properties
- Prepare commercial quotation for new and modification/refurbishment work of Airconditioning, electrical or plumbing systems maintenance.
- Coordinate with planning department at HQ for development of new and ongoing conracts
