- Perform patrolling of the parking areas
- Identify any issues that would be faced by the customers on pro-active basis
- Assist customers with any issues in finding their vehicles or ticketing issues, etc
- Traffic management in event of congestion
- Provide emergency support to drivers, like: Tire repair/Jump starting, etc.
- Monitor disabled parking spaces for legitimate usage
- Help customers with lost or unreadable tickets
- Identify and report any abandoned vehicles to the helpdesk for further action
- Identify and report any security issues to the helpdesk for further action
- Helping customers with parking of vehicles if required
