- Assist in planning, directing and coordinating all ERP related civil jobs in Project/Sites; analyze jobs to be performed, select necessary process/tools and equipment required for the job.
- Monitor & Support all related civil ERP jobs in any assigned project are carried out on time. Participate in the planning and execution of ERP processes.
- Monitor & Support in the review and preparation of modifications or changes, assist in to evaluate or assist in bid preparation or bid evaluation from ERP perspective.
- Monitor & Support for HR Processes, Vehicle and Equipment Management processes integration, support and maintenance within ERP system
- Monitor & Support Document Management System Key Users for all activities related to various processes and functions of Civil engineering that are integrated with ERP.
- Monitor & Support for HSE related processes in ERP system.
- Monitor & Support for Procurement related processes as integrated in ERP.
- Monitor & Support for Master Data Management of processes, sub-processes and activities as defined in ERP system related with Civil Engineering.
- Monitor & Support in Preparation and maintenance of records and reports.
- Provide on-the-job training as and when required.
- Perform and assume other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the immediate supervisor.
- Adhere to Company policies, procedures, Government laws, Rules & Regulations and work requirements.
