Client Interface & Information Exchange:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Facilitate the exchange of technical information between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  •  Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

Design & Technical Activities:

  • Lead the CRM design process, ensuring alignment with project objectives and technical standards.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to develop and implement CRM solutions.
  •  Ensure all design and technical activities comply with the industry’s best practices and companyguidelines.

Project Oversight & Submissions:

  • Monitor and oversee all project activities, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Review and approve project submissions, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Provide overall administrative management on project from bid preparation through final construction documents acceptance by client

•Study & monitoring project Budget and follow up financial issues with client & variation orders, preparing design fees for every stage

•Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and tracking project`s milestones and deliverables

•Client contact for scope of work and deliverables stages

•Maintainers strong client relation and attends and minutes all client meetings.

•Contact client for any changes of scope, lack of information, or decision from client that affects project program.

•Regular project evaluation to catch & solve problems

•Preparing project well organization and required resource plan to success fully complete project with high efficiency

•Follow up project progress with time schedule and submission date.

•Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project effectiveness.

•Keep project team well informed of changing within the organization and general corporate news

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

•Strong understanding of CRM systems, architecture, and implementation processes.

•Knowledge of other software, such as: presentation & animation software and M.S. Office.

•Project Management Certificate, PMP is preferred.

•Excellent communication and team-player skills.

•Ability to transfer knowledge to others in the design and preparation of drawings, specifications and estimates to use in the course of design.

•Ability of gathering, developing and applying modern technical details.

•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the organization.

•Capable of defining and meeting realistic timelines.

•Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals, plans, objectives and work load priorities.

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

•Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
