- Service the clients at the retail outlets and provide the right advice and recommend / introduce new items for purchase.
- Ensure proper display.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and yearly target.
- Implement the approved merchandising at all times.
- Ensure that the clients are serviced to the highest customer service standard and as per company policy.
- Make sure to maintain the showroom clean at all times.
- Ensure zero variance in stock within the retail outlet.
- Follow up the items requiring maintenance and ensures returning the serviced equipment to the client on time.
- Ensure orders are updated on the system
- Ensure the customer CRM file is completed and updated
- Maintain timely contact with customers to ensure updating them our offers
- Provides input on customer feedback on collections & Market feedback
- Check & Maintain updated pricing on each item
