Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure our clients’ needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research, etc.).
Sales Presentations & Meetings: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with potential clients.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospects and clients in the company’s CRM system.
Collaboration: Work with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to post-sales processes

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role in [your industry].
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
