Sales Engineer - Steel Gates Fabrication

- Meeting with peers and clients in order to ascertain specific, desired improvements
- Generating quotes from various sources like corporate houses, public sector companies, private companies, individuals, organizations, etc as per sale activity.
- Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs.
- Supervising Erection steel handrails, gratings and gates
- Formally present performance enhancements, potential production schedules and estimated budgets to superiors or clients in order to gain project approval.
- Implement the changes in production. This may include assigning projects to technicians, placing orders for materials and overseeing installations.
- Monitor teams in order to investigate failures or setbacks, resolve technical issues and ensure the integrity of design.
- Study customer inquiry & convey project requirements to estimation & project departments.
- Prepare customer offer including commercial & technical parts.
- Other duties include meeting with vendors to ensure the quality and timeliness of materials and keeping records of change orders.
- Establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule
- Preparing sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
Required Skills:

Relevant minimum 5 years' experience in the field of Steel Structure fabrication

Knowledge of aided design (CAD) software
-
Knowledge of metals and their properties
-
Knowledge of how to use and care for their equipment

Understanding of safety procedures
-
Technical skills for drawing and interpreting plans
-
Welding skills
-
Construction Industry Self-motivated and able to meet monthly sales targets.
