One of our clients (e-commerce) is looking for Sales Consultant in Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam/Khobar.
This position is for Saudi Nationals.
Responsibilities
Generate new sales from a portfolio of market sectors and accounts to achieve annual sales targets.
Identify new potential projects across the allocated geographical area and implement sales activities.
Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products and services.
Monitor customer feedback about the offered solutions and products to ensure we are preferred vendor and capitalize on the opportunity.
Routinely meet customers to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues appropriately.
Be the ultimate responsible for all proposals and tender submittals.
Maintain market awareness (clients, competitors, suppliers) activities & their offerings and use/report any relevant information to optimize company positioning and business development strategy.
Liaise with presales and technical team and act as liaison between customer & presales & technical on issues relating to proposal preparation, queries, on-time proposal submission, delivery, installation, and project completion/maintenance.
Maintain all required records of sales activities.
Attend sales weekly meetings, and prepare and submit internal monthly KPIs, weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis as requested
Ensure good relations are maintained with customers, and all members of staff at all levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
0-2 years experience in Sales.
Growth and solution mindset.
Experience in growing an eCommerce business is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
