Over-all in-charge of the project from initiation to closing phase.
Ensure all project deliverables as accomplished on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
Responsible for overall safety and quality of the project.
Participation in technical reviews as required.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Track project costs in order to meet budget.
Resolution of all contractual issues.
Management of relationship with Client, Subcontractor and other stakeholders.
