Quantity Surveyor - Budgeting / Cost Estimation Focus

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in budgeting, costing, and estimation to support our ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for various project stages
- Monitor project budgets and track cost variations
- Analyze and validate subcontractor quotations and cost proposals
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency
- Assist in tendering processes and cost reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Proven track record in budget preparation, cost control, and estimation
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and relevant QS software
- Background in building construction projects preferred
