We are looking for a highly experienced HR professional to join our team in Riyadh. If you have a strong background in HR operations within the construction industry and expertise in Saudi HR regulatory frameworks, we encourage you to apply.
Position Details
Location: Must be based in Riyadh
Notice Period: Must be available to join within 1 week
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience in the construction industry
- Expertise in Iqama transfers, Qiwa system, GOSI, contractual matters, and international HR standards
- Strong understanding of organizational hierarchies
- Ability to find and hire staff within days
- Must hold a university degree (MBA highly preferred)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
