2. J PURPOSE / ROLE:
To build, manage sales opportunities and maintain relationships with EEU customers, through selling and cross-selling EEU products and services, as well as providing solutions based on client needs with the objective of achieving sales targets, while ensuring that credit quality is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Policies, Processes & Procedures
§ Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Day- to-day operations
§ Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
Sales & Relationship Management
§ Actively acquires new deals through selling and cross-selling EEU products and services in order to achieve business targets.
§ Builds relationships with EEU clients that are buyers of financial services through visits to major prospects and existing customers.
§ Develops a thorough understanding of customer’s organization, industry and global practices to maintain proximity to the clients and meet their banking needs and expectations.
Business Development
§ Identifies revenue opportunities and actively sells Corporate Banking products to EEU customers in order to support the sales targets and corporate client base expansion plans
§ Maximizes product penetration and cross selling and actively seek opportunities in-order to ensure the services required by EEU customers are delivered in the most effective manner.
§ Develops account plans in a consistent and timely manner in order to swiftly follow-up on identified action items.
Product Enhancement
§ Provides inputs and market demand insights to the team for loans which are viable for EEU customers and also meet the required market demand.
Credit Approval
§ Reviews CAs and approve them as per authority levels in order to ensure quality and completeness of all CAs before sending them to Credit for CA Review.
§ Collaborates with the Credit Analytics Unit and Risk Management on an ongoing basis in order to constantly secure and enhance the quality of the credit portfolio.
Continuous Improvement
§ Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Reporting
§ Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
Safety, Quality & Environment
§ Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
