Role purpose:
Track and monitor status of Private Sector Growth and Local Content initiatives across entities.
Challenge and escalate initiative delays and issues
Main responsibilities:
- Map and track Private Sector and Local Content initiatives in governmental entities.
- Detect performance gaps and identify root causes for key issues to escalate to Chairman.
- Prepare the Units performance reports to Chairman and CEDA.
- Escalate any issue and/or recommendations suggested by the Unit.
- Set milestones for each reporting period.
- Liaise with Private Sector development department and Local Content Development department to inform about initiatives performance and to share lessons learned and best practices
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years in investment field.
- Nationality: Saudi
- Bachelor degree.
- Profound experience in project management.
- Sharp analytical skills.
- Ability to manage work independently.
- Ability to track and follow up on tasks and issues.
- High assertiveness and perseverance
