Attend events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities.
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the restaurant and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate.
