He has to monitore whole service odyshop team
He has to develop the labours, Where as like, VAS and Pure Labour
He has to require the technician should be a master and Whole team.
He has to make good customer service.
He has to improve the body repair bussiness and whole workshop revenue.
He has to develop the Marketing like.. As per the country law
He has to increase the every month repair order growth.
He has to monitor every hour Floor incharge,Service Advsiors and Bodyshop trackings
He has to monitor customer complaints day by day
He has to conduct daily 2 times meeting with our Service and Bodyshop team.
He has to Audit the job cards daily basis.
He has to check the repair order laour entered correctly daily.
He has to cross check the job card wheather wheel alignment,Wheel balancing and Vas products are promoting or not.
He has to check outstanding.
He has to check daily gate passes.
