We are looking for an Operations/Business Development Manager
Female - 1 Saudi National
Male - 1 Preferably Indian National - Local Iqama Transfer
Salary Package - 3,000 SAR - 3,500 SAR + Incentives
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with 3 - 5 Yrs of Operations/Business Development Experience.
Excellent time management skills and a proven track record of setting and meeting ambitious goals in the Service Industry.
Researching new Business Opportunities & alternative methods of efficiency.
The responsibilities includes managing day-to-day business activities, analysing statistics & reading & writing reports.
Liaising with other team members, including interacting with business Development Managers of the organization.
Training and supervising employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.
Planning & controlling change.
Setting & reviewing the budgets & managing cost.
To identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
Following up new business opportunities & meeting with new clients.
Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
Providing management with feedback.
