We are looking for a qualified production manager who will be responsible for the management & planning the daily production process of our Tissue paper factory located in Al-Kharj city - Riyadh region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning the complete Production process in terms of setting timetable schedule, labor allocation & raw materials distribution
• Selecting the required tools & machinery and supervising their periodic maintenance.
• Managing, guiding and training the production team, follow up on their daily tasks, and periodically submitting evaluation reports on their performance.
• Monitoring the final product quality and assuring that the quality standards are being met.
• Managing raw materials stock levels & monitoring production input requirements.
• Determination of total production cost, and assuring that labor and raw materials costs are within the assigned budget, while increasing efficiency and reducing waste.

Job Requirements:
Higher qualification in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
Should have 8+ working experience in production management, maintenance management and team management in tissue paper factories inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
