- Receives instructions from Supervisor for jobs to be carried out.
- Responsible for collecting data from engineering department on quantities required to be installed and field verify and confirm the quantities installed against the quantities required. Reports deviations to engineering department.
- Prepares periodic quantities report on various areas and forwards to project planning / engineering for progress measurement / invoicing purposes.
- Prepares Bill of Quantities from drawings.
- Liaison with client’s quantity surveyors and obtain client’s authorization/ witnessing on quantities measured.
- Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the immediate supervisor.
- Remains current regarding laws and regulations affecting all areas of responsibilities. Adheres to Company policies, procedures and work requirements
