Active Directory / Exchange Migration Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Active Directory (AD) and Exchange Migration Consultant to lead and execute the onsite migration of Active Directory (AD) and Exchange for a client in Saudi Arabia. The role requires hands-on expertise in planning, assessing, and executing AD and Exchange migration in an enterprise environment while ensuring minimal downtime and seamless user transition

Conduct pre-migration assessment of the existing Active Directory and Exchange environment.
Develop migration strategies and roadmap for AD and Exchange, ensuring business continuity.
Execute Active Directory migration, including domain consolidation, OU restructuring, GPO migration, and hybrid/co-existence scenarios.
Perform Exchange migration, including on-premises to on-premises migration, hybrid deployments, mailbox migrations, and cutover planning.
Implement Identity Management and Federation Services (Azure AD Connect, ADFS) as part of the migration.
Optimize user authentication and access control mechanisms post-migration.
Conduct health checks, performance tuning, and post-migration validation to ensure stability.

Required Skills & Experience

Active Directory (AD) Migration & Consolidation:
Hands-on experience with domain migration, AD trust configurations, and replication troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and IAM.
