Manage government relations, regulatory compliance, and public affairs for a leading media organization; experience with Saudi media regulations and authorities required: Ministry of Media (MoM) for licensing and approvals; General Authority for Media Regulation (GCAM) for audiovisual and written media compliance; Ministry of Culture (MoC) for creative initiatives; Ministry of Investment (MISA) for foreign media licensing; Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) for telecommunications coordination; fluent in English and able to work with Chinese and international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle government correspondence and approvals; ensure compliance with media and labor regulations; liaise with relevant ministries; provide regulatory guidance to internal teams; maintain knowledge of media laws and policies; collaborate with international teams.
Requirements:
Saudi national based in Riyadh; proven PRO experience in media or regulatory roles; strong knowledge of Saudi media laws and licensing; fluent in English; ability to work with Chinese and international teams; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
