Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Assist in employee engagement and retention activities.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
  • Implement training and development programs.
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Saudi National – As per Saudization policy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in construction or contracting industries.
  • Proficiency in Arabic & English communication.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
