- Receiving maintenance requests from customers.
- Preparation for the daily schedule.
- Preparing quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices for the parts.
- Follow up on submitted offers.
- Follow up on the payment progress for orders.
- Will be in direct connection with the suppliers for prices, shipping and delivery of orders.
- Will be in direct connection with all the related parties locally for customs and clearance of the goods.
