1. At the pre-opening stage, to train Master Franchisee and Sub-Franchisees in all aspects of operations, including FOH service and sales performance, BOH production processes, stock control, health and safety requirements.
2. At the post-opening stage, to support store operation by working alongside store management to drive sales and operational efficiencies, focusing on compliance with standard operating procedures and high service levels.
3. Oversee post-opening processes for compliance with Brand standards and specifications, including menu, ingredients supplies, and all proprietary products.
4. Oversight of operations audit process by Master Franchisee, to ensure Brand integrity.
5. Conduct market intelligence research as directed by Franchise Manager with the view to support Brand sustainability
6. Undertake any assignment in relation to establishing and nurturing Area Master Franchises as delegated by Franchise Manager.
1. Accountable for efficient support of Area Master Franchise operational efficiencies .
2. Accountable for ensuring Brand integrity through Master Franchisee’s audit performance.
3. Accountable for supporting Brand sustainability through diligent market intelligence reporting.
