To manage all the six stations which consist of below Accounting Job description.
To prcess and maintaining all the records of Delivery Notes and Purchase orders and accounting data based purchase orders and Blanket P.Os.
Monitoring Payment schedules and coordinates with Finance Dept. for Payments.
Prepares Reconciliation statements for the Sub Contractors & Suppliers Books of Accounts
Reconcile suppliers GL accounts in SAP to tackle the variances.
Analyzing Costs of Rental Equipment by preparing monthly schedules.
Following up with the Procurement Dept. for the amendments, Variation Orders, & other contract Details.
To check and confirm the Purchase Order and uploading them into the Primavera (Oracle Based).
Preparation of Variation Orders as per the estimation of the engineers from the site.
To check and confirm that the materials with quantity are safely reached to the engineers.
Presenting the weekly reports relating to all the delivery notes and there current status.
To co-ordinate with procurement department and engineers about the project requirement and the future forcasting.
Preparing the monthly Risk cover report which consist of monthly tasks and the status of delivery Notes.
Preparation of monthly Proformas with Delivery notes for the rental based services.
To participate with the accounting lead regarding the changes in the P.O Amendments and there requirements.
In the month to provide reports for references to the vendors for the payments.
To follow up with the procurement and accounting department for the approvals and the amendments.
To process the montly rental based Proformas of the sub contracters and vendors.
To arrange and allocation of budgets to the various stations as per requirements.
To deal with the procurement and vendors regarding there contrats in terms of Amendmends and Variation of Contracts.
To Co-ordinate with the Cost control
