Supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) Director in executing the various phases of assigned project and providing
mechanical direction for equipment selection/ installation while considering functional and maintenance aspect.
Evaluating mechanical plans with an aim of minimizing costs, adding value and identifying gaps; administering requisite changes
to ensure conformance with client requirements and reviewed submittals against international standards like ASHRAE, NFPA,
NPC, and HTM & IBC.
Addressing all technical/ operational problems related to project instantly to minimize delays. Reporting any significant shortfalls
or overruns of the contract to PMO Director with requisite solutions to eliminate bottlenecks.
Preparing a variety of technical documents/ submittals during the entire project life-cycle; facilitating support to PMO Director
in expediting project execution with key emphasis on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Working in close coordination with team members and aiding in smooth execution of project management activities, while
ensuring safety measures are followed and implemented in the project site.
Responsible for technical/operational oversight, selection and appointment of the sub-contractors, monitor project tasks in
compliance with scope of work. Tracking project performance and assigning responsibilities to project staff to deliver projects
within defined margins, contracting and quality requirements.
Keeping full and accurate daily site records of the assigned project (Contract, drawings/ submittals, etc.); including any
changes/variations, contractor’s attendance, and records of work related discussions with project and site team.
Monitoring and reviewing request for subcontractors based on actual progress at site. Ascertained that the accuracy of all
invoices from the contractors are punctually checked, certified for payment and given to the Client

Investigated equipment failures to diagnose faulty operation, performed root cause analysis and assumed full responsibility of
ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental policies during implementation of task.
Prepared maintenance reports, equipment inspection check lists, evaluated breakdown and malfunctions to identify causes and
implement preventative measures for the future.
Supported the management of effective procurement of spare parts, consumables, and lubricants through developing technical
specification and altering the material specifications if required and authorized orders to ensure continual production.
Developed action plans to raise quality level, suggested improvements in Maintenance jobs during meetings with contractors as
well as performed quotation analyses for projects and ensured that all operational regulations are adhered to.
