Preparing contracts with the clients on products selling bases and long term relation

Making Business/Marketing Plan Report for introduction, Business Strategies, SWOT Analysis, Activities, Support & Forecast.
Keep updating of regulatory in drugs authorities and other government lows applied.
Support new companies to register their products and company with FDA guidelines.
Preparing tenders and follow up their terms and condition and send to Sales department.
Reviews forms and reports to determine weak areas and make improvements
Meets with staff to explain new systems or procedures
Prepare official agenda’s before to join personally or for CEO and Head departments for conferences, exhibitions and trainings.
Excellent organizational abilities with strong Excel modeling skills.
Follow up of PIL’s, IFU’s, and Artwork and translate them through translation team.
Communicating eCOSMA, MDMA, MDNR system with the partners to register products in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries.
