The Logistic Support role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations within the company. This position assists in coordinating transportation, inventory management, and warehouse activities to support timely delivery of goods and materials.
Key Responsibility Areas & Activities:
- Assist in coordinating transportation arrangements for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Liaise with transportation providers, freight forwarders, and carriers to schedule deliveries and optimize routes.
Inventory Management Support:
- Support inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and tracking inventory levels.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies in stock levels.
Warehouse Operations Assistance:
- Provide assistance in warehouse operations, including loading and unloading of goods, packing, and labeling.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations in warehouse activities.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of Istemara and Licenses.
- Maintains accurate records of Bills and Invoices.
