Assures the safe execution of all maintenance and utility activities, demands that all maintenance activities are conducted following all safety procedures, champions safety is the first consideration of all employees/contractors and promotes a safe environment through own behaviors.
Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, Mechanical, electrical, Chillers, BMS systems etc.
Optimizes costs through effective budget planning and management, a cost effective approach toward asset management and minimizing loss and waste.
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
Trains maintenance staff on effective maintenance practices, including problem solving tools, risk and failure analysis, maintenance scheduling and analysis of maintenance related data and equipment histories.
Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
Daily inspections of equipment, chillers, fire systems, security, etc.. and Direct Reporting to Chairman
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
