We are urgently hiring an OPERATION MANAGER for a reputed multinational COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION GROUP to look after local after-sales processes support in the region.

Department: Service & Maintenance

Salary Range: 10k-12k SAR

Key Responsibilities:

Foster strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and Service Supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor daily service activities, engage with Service Supervisors, collect feedback, and support service processes.
Serve as the primary escalation point, devising solutions for misalignments.
Implement and refine guidelines, procedures, and best practices for local operations, aligning them with corporate solutions.
Develop objectives and oversee the performance of the call centre through KPIs definition and control.
Monitor and improve quotation procedures, material request, delivery at the site, and other procedures, coordinating with internal team and Purchasing Department.
Conduct periodic analysis meetings with Service Manager and Regional Supervisors to address critical issues and maintain high service standards.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Management experience in a multinational environment, preferably in Commercial refrigeration/Facility Management.
Proficient in after-sales management, sales support, user experience enhancement, offering and order management, customer base management, program & project management, product/service management & pricing, and contract management, organizational process design & implementation.
