Responsibilities:

  • Conduct calls to potential B2B clients to introduce our coffee capsules and generate leads
  • Schedule and conduct client visits to negotiate and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the B2B sector
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address inquiries or concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the company by meeting or exceeding sales targets
