Manage and ensure a high level of performance within the Corporate Service department activities that include:
Manage the process of obtaining:
Source and procure utilities and other essential services from providers and administer contracts (preparing, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing contracts and payments for utilities) Ensure proper maintenance of vehicles at the disposal of the department, and timely registrations / renewal of registrations for all company vehicles and their insurance cover.
Manage the services of:
Plan, design and manage allocation of space for offices / services and provide required furniture/ office equipment ensuring their optimum use in a cost-effective manner Oversee building renovation activities including housing units in coordination with CMD and ensure they fully meet environmental, healthy, safety and security standards. Assist in company’s facility expansion programs (such as identifying land for building structures/storing/warehousing etc.) Events management including conference/party arrangements successfully meeting generally specified requirements.
Crisis management ensuring no loss/minimal loss to men and materials
Periodically evaluate effectiveness and quality of services provided (thru surveys and other means within the organization) and take appropriate steps for improvement.
Closely monitor service activities as per the business plan and take proper steps for cost reduction without affecting quality and required volume of service
Manage subordinate staff, define their duties and responsibilities, assign work, evaluate performance and take appropriate steps for improvements
