· Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
· Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of NITC Solutions
· Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call and visit to existing or potential clients.
· Responds to all inquiries and sales requests within specified time frame
· Works closely, with the Management Team, to ensure high customer satisfaction
· Provides primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with assigned customers
· Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships; Network within the customer account and industry; Facilitate resolution of all customer problems; Serve as a central resource for communications with the customer
· Maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships
· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
