We are looking for a driven and experienced Real Estate Channel Sales Agent to manage government-related activities and ensure compliance for our multinational engineering firm in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will build and maintain robust relationships with government entities to facilitate smooth business operations and adherence to local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell the company’s application products to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform’s features and benefits to effectively communicate its value to potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing how the platform can meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the requirements of prospective clients.
  • Address client objections and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
  • Collect client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams by sharing client insights to drive product enhancements.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster a collaborative and productive environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in brokerage, sales, or a related field, with a solid understanding of industry practices and standards.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in brokerage, sales, and collaboration.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker Channel Sales Agent, preferably within the Real Estate sector.
