Site Supervisor - Crane/ Earth Movers

Key Responsibilities:

Site Coordination & Supervision:
Supervise and coordinate crane operations at client sites.
Ensure proper placement, setup, and dismantling of cranes and lifting equipment.
Allocate and monitor tasks for riggers, signalmen, and operators.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety procedures and ensure all lifting operations adhere to industry and company standards.
Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings.
Report incidents and near-misses promptly and participate in investigations.
Client Interaction:
Act as the primary on-site contact for clients and address operational needs or concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service delivery and professional conduct.
Resource Management:
Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for crane movement and manpower deployment.
Monitor and manage on-site equipment and materials.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain daily site reports, lift plans, equipment checklists, and permit documentation.
Track work progress and report to senior management regularly.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in crane operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Diploma or certification in mechanical, civil, or related engineering field is a plus.
Knowledge of lifting operations, crane safety regulations, and load charts.
Certified Rigger or Lifting Supervisor (as per regional regulations) preferred.
