We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with catering equipment experience to add to our expanding team.
Our company provides an array of services for our client's catering needs.
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the hospitality industry, catering equipment and experience in sales and projects with great attention to detail.
Experience in catering equipment is a bonus.
Showroom sales of kitchen equipment, kitchenware and crockery.
To provide exceptional service to new and existing customers Establish customers' needs and explain available options, which may involve providing technical descriptions of equipment Up sell services
– From Shop design, shop construction, marketing & branding to equipment sales.
Prepare Quotes & Orders Plan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgets Create & maintain strong supplier relationships Manage stock levels and availability Basic Logistics
– Organize delivery of equipment Resolve any customer complaints by investigating problems & develop solutions Maintain professional attitude and presentation
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of Hospitality Industry & Catering Essential Previous Customer Service experience desired Ability to achieve Sales Targets Strong IT knowledge
- Use of Microsoft Programe, Internet & Databases and e-mail Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Negotiation skills Self
-Confidence Product Knowledge Friendly Manner Great Presentation strong work ethic relationship builder Should be able to communicate well in English and Arabic.
