Manage, develop and implement an all year round training calendar for the different levels and channels
Partner with Subject Matter Experts to identify course goals, target audience, and learning objectives.
Lead the development, upgrade and rollout of the Sales Academy program for all commercial recruits and sales personnel
Ability to Write task-based assessment questions that measure competencies across various sales roles and report on learning impact.
Assess current training, designs and feedback from all organization levels, in order to build client satisfaction and training product quality
Work collaboratively and effectively with others to promote innovative approaches and enhance productivity related to curriculum development
Develops a “reviewing committee” for all sales capability courses, and uses feedback loops to ensure content and format meet learning needs of audience.
Handling training logistics, training budget control and clearance expenses for all training courses and qualification awards.
Coordinate with the global and regional teams on the implementation of the regional training programs.
Collaborate with the sales force to design and implement tailor-made daily sales trackers, to ensure proper daily planning and tracking.
Provides fieldwork and regularly coaching for the sales front liners, to ensure proper execution and implementation of Roshn sales processes, steps of call, in-store execution and reflection of learnings from trainings.
Handles the customization and deployment of global sales and merchandizing processes, to further improve sales competency and value selling capability of front liners, supervisors and sales managers
