Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor the quality improvements opportunities within MEPC as directed by the Quality and ACE Manager
Implements and coordinates the External/Internal ISO 9001:00 and AS EN 9110 concerned disciplines and according to the Quality and ACE Manager as follows:
o Audit plan: scheduling, auditor’s selections, and audit dates
o Audit activities
o Audit reporting
o Audit/auditor’s evaluation
o Audit status update
Ensures that Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) are properly closed within the agreed time period
Ensures proper corrective/preventive actions are applied to NCR issues
Coordinate with IT in updating the status of open NCR reports and findings within the MEPC portal
Contribute to the QMRM preparation, meeting activities, and any follow-up actions as required
Participate in the Quality Improvements Committees
Analyze and review work procedures and advise the Quality and ACE Manager and other personnel as required on the applicability status
Analyze all applicable data and pursue and coordinate with Production, Materials, Finance, and the Quality Chief Inspector the status of NCR module parts and report actions are taken to enhance
the mechanism for reporting, preventing and closing the NCR’s to prevent a recurrence.
Assist in the implementation, assure proper documentation, and ensure the proper placement of module information in the Document Scanning Project e-filing archive tree
Briefs the ACE and Quality Manager and other managers as required
Performs other duties as required by the QA & Safety Manager.
