Role Purpose:
Supervise day-to-day MRP operations to ensure smooth flow of work, compliance to procedures, and accurate reporting in all aspects of operations.
Accountabilities:
- Process and maintain all logs and paperwork related to receiving Raw Materials
- Plan day-to-day MRP activities of staff to ensure optimum warehouse efficiency
- Drive World Class Manufacturing practices & compliance with PepsiCo Best Practice Tools (M&W, Recon)
- Ensure compliance with AIB consolidated standards, QAS, ISO and other food safety standards.
- Train staff on policies, processes and warehouse systems to sustain team performance.
- Plan and implement slotting in warehouse using standard techniques such as FIFO/FEFO in order to improve stock rotation
- Prepare a preventative maintenance schedule for the mechanical and general equipment to ensure that facilities are maintained in accordance set standards.
- Implement HSE and food safety programs in the warehouse to fulfill regulatory and system compliance.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferably Industrial)
- 5 years working experience in FMCG manufacturing or logistics
- Fluent level in English communication (oral and written)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Deep knowledge in problem solving techniques
- WMS/ERP Super User Level
Technical Competencies:
- Quality management (Basic)
- Knowledge of equipment (Intermediate)
- Knowledge of PepsiCo Standards (Advanced)
- Knowledge of health, safety and environment (Intermediate)
- Performance Monitoring (Advanced)
- ERP knowledge (Basic)
