Achieve volume plan by selling all accounts on your assigned route per identified schedule
Sell and Execute all authorized products, packages and promotions
Solicit/sell all marketing equipment & additional selling displays.
Obtain best selling position in the account.
Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed.
Identify & Solicit new outlet opportunities and source ADR support against these .
Execute direction provided by key account manager with multiple outlet customers (CDAs, Promotions, Equipment, etc).
Merchandize all accounts to Pepsi standards (Ensure all accounts @ Pepsi standard (3rd Party)
· Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability.
· Work with Merchandisers to execute the Merchandizing Standards established for the market
Track & Measure performance:
· Record accurate measures of performance
· Participate in problem solving meetings
· Perform CDA Compliance audits and Price Surveys
