Role Purpose:
Responsible for building and executing the territory growth strategy. Tasked with growing existing customer accounts in TT as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities and enabling their successful realization by the frontline sales team, within the assigned territory.
Enable the TDS and the frontline sales teams in the territory to achieve growth (volumes, distribution and execution of market development plan) as well as market presence and visibility, as per agreement with the Line Manager.
Plan and execute new launches and promotions to improve the inactive SKUs, category distribution and market development plan, as per monthly execution planner.
Lead renegotiation of CDAs for new openings in existing CDA accounts to ensure visibility and presence as per Pepsi Cola standards / CDA guidelines.
Own and maintain leading in-store presence for Pepsi Cola products, in existing and new accounts to drive growth in market share
Drive achievement of company development target "EDGE" for targeted/ selected customers as per monthly execution planner, in consultation with Line Manager.
Ensure high up-time of Pepsicola assets base in the market by minimizing downtime through timely repair and maintenance of coolers by proactively co-ordinating with MEM regarding complaints/issues raised by customers
