- To support the MEDGULF Brokerage function and provide the best possible service to Brokers and Agents by receiving and efficiently processing their requests and queries within the specified timeframe, following-up and handling all day-to-day tasks related to the MEDGULF’s Brokers and Agents and producing periodic reports/spread-sheets of all quotations and renewal feedback
- To delegate all Broker/Agent requests to the relevant authority by receiving, reviewing and analyzing the nature of their request and directing it and the analysis to the relevant business units.
- To track the status of these requests and ensure timely resolution by preparing spreadsheets and periodically following-up with the concerned Business Unit and recording the progress at all stages.
- To ensure avoidance of delays in product delivery by ensuring the implementation of all Broker/Agent related procedures and policies within the Business.
- To report all issues, problems and obstacles faced to the superiors so as to ensure prompt action is taken so as to resolve the issue.
- To provide weekly and monthly reports to the Superior detailing all feedback received from the Brokers, as well as the Brokers Production amount as is recorded in the system
