Job Responsibilities
- Act as liaison with government departments and company managers of CEO levels. And ability to schedule an appointment with required organizations and meet with them.
- Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent.
- Sense of responsibility and Achieve the daily target.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Types letter/emails to be sent to the concerned, as and when required
- Mobilizing/Arranging documents to be signed/approved
- Manage electronic calendar and make appointments
- Schedule meetings, create presentations, coordinate group meetings and record the meetings
- Carrying out any additional duties that the Management assigns within the scope of the Department Skills
- Minimum 3 years of related experience. Manpower Business related experience will be count as a bonus.
- Diligence and integrity
- Qatar driving license and residential permit

- Has own initiative and can work from home

- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
