Job Location: Al Khobar
Experience: 2 years of work in a Restaurant Chain or Group
Responsibilities:
- Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicate with relevant parties.
- Check and verify (voids & discounts & happy hours discounts & complimentary & staff meals & Package meals) in the POS systems.
- Check and verify all settlements done on the POS system & all transactions are right and posted in the system.
- Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.
- Responsible for daily F&B Reports and distribution to management.
- Responsible for surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets.
- Participate in stock taking at the cost centers.
- Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct, and goods are checked for quality.
- Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Department or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytics and reporting skills.
- Experience in accounting systems, point of sale systems, cost and inventory systems as well as good experience with Excel.
- Ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Get high-level attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and partner with others to enhance a teamwork environment.
- Good communication in English and Arabic must.
