- A minimum of seven (5) years experience in asphalt&concrete;plant works.
- Study and design materials for use in a variety of industries, and advise on the technical aspects of materials.
- Support on inspection, maintenance and repair procedures.
- Contribute to the overall design process, and advise on performance, quality, and economic cost of operations and products.
- Civil engineering degree.
- The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
