Marketing Job description:
- Knows well how to use the social media to market the products & convince the customers to buy the products.
- Keeping in touch with customers and update them with the latest products & offers of brands.

introduce it well because that will enhance the process of promotion for products.
- Creating marketing plans to get more progress in sales & achieving the target of sales "increase profits".
Responsibilities:
1- looking after the website and its focuses on the buying, trading and selling of products and services to the public or for business purposes.
2- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
3- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
4- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
5- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
6- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
7- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
8- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
9- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
10- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
11- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
12- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
13- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications or Requirements:
1- BS/BA degree in the Business Administration, Marketing.
2- Excellent communication skills “Strong management, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills"
3- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
4- Budget-management skills and proficiency
5- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
6- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
7- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
8- Computer Skills:
- MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Windows.
- Knowledge of Adobe, Photoshop and other design application is a plus.
9- Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated experience retail sale & marketing.
5- The knowledge about brands of P&G / Uniliver, Marketing Agencies & retail (Ikea – Home works – Supermarkets …ext.)
