استقبال والترحيب بالضيوف بطريقة ودية ومهنية مساعدة الضيوف في وقوف سياراتهم واسترجاع المركبات بطريقة سريعة وآمنة التأكد من تسليم تذكرة استلام مركبة الى صاحب السيارة أخذ السيارة وركنها في مكان آمن تسجيل كافة المعلومات على التذكرة (نوع السيارة, لونها, رقم اللوحة, مكان وقوفها, اسم السائق, ....) التأكد من اقفال السيارة وجميع النوافذ ومن ثم تسليم التذكرة والمفتاح الى المسؤول الاستعداد لإعادة تسليم سيارة أو استلام سيارة أخرى من زبون جديد
