We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the face of our brand, assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
Maintain clean and organized shelves, displays, and stock areas.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Stay updated on promotions, product knowledge, and company policies.
Requirements
Saudi National only (per Saudization policy).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
